Conventions of an opening sequence

One convention of an opening sequences is that they always show the title of the film and people that was involved in the making if the film.

we always expect to see this at the beginning of the movie some movies have very recognisable opening sequences.eg. James Bond.

Another convention is that the opening sequences shouldask questions and give little
clues to whats going to happen in the rest of the film.it can also gives us an idea of the genre with the back ground and font. For example a horror you would expect to see scary writing and a dark background.
